Job Description Summary :
An Aircraft Maintenance Records Analyst is responsible for proper filing, monitoring, and auditing or company aircraft records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
This employee will record and analyze maintenance records to create trend data using the company's Continued Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS).
The Aircraft Maintenance Records Analyst reports to the Quality Assurance Department.
Pay Range - $16/hr - $18/hr Job Description :
Essential Functions/Duties Review aircraft records for accuracy and completeness.
Enter maintenance data into the CASS program.
Monitor engine data trends.
Keep and maintain all aircraft maintenance and historical records.
Prepare reports.
FAA Maintenance Interruption Summary, Service Difficulty Reports.
Company Key Performance Indicators.
CASS meeting key points.
Reporting of trend data to Quality Assurance Department.
Collect maintenance data from computerized maintenance programs.
Analyze maintenance trend data to enhance fleet reliability and safety.
Monitor maintenance training records.
Monitor Outside Maintenance Providers certifications.
Audit aircraft historical records.
Assist Quality Assurance department with maintaining aircraft records that comply with company and regulatory requirements.
Preparation for external regulatory audits.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED Required, Aviation Education preferredSelf-motivated and detail oriented person with a focus on qualify, safety and regulatory compliance.
Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Possess honesty, integrity and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
Ability to work in a team environment with significant periods of individual contributions towards to quality and maintenance department goals.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
