Job Description:
Maryland Luxury Cleaning Services is on the lookout for a meticulous, reliable, and professional Commercial Cleaner for an office building in Middle River, Maryland.
This independent contractor role is crucial in maintaining our client's premises to the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and dusting all surfaces in 6 offices, including desks and tables.
- Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom.
- Restocking bathroom supplies, including toilet paper and paper towels.
- Removing trash and replacing liners.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Cleaning the exterior of kitchen appliances and inside of the microwave.
- Cleaning window sills and 2 glass doors.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the supply room, kitchenette, conference room, and reception area.
Schedule:
- Cleaning service required three times a week:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Working hours are from 9 AM to 11:
30 AM.
Compensation:
- The payout will be $225 per week for 3 cleanings.
Direct deposit only.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent cleaning experience.
- Own transportation.
- Willing to undergo federal and state background checks.
- Bank account for direct deposit.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have a smartphone to access our mobile app for clocking in and out.
- Independent contractor position; no benefits offered.
- Office stocked with cleaning supplies and equipment.
Presentation and Conduct:
- The contractor must maintain a neat appearance.
- A cleaning apron will be provided to be worn during cleaning.
- Adherence to a 3-strike policy for absences and lateness, subjected to termination.
