Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance and repair of facility equipment and systems - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment - Coordinate and supervise a team of maintenance technicians - Plan and execute facility improvement projects, including renovations and upgrades - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial setting - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Knowledge of high voltage systems and electrical safety procedures - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs - Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team - Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints - Experience in fabricating or welding is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Facility Supervisor to join our team.
