Manager Systems Engineering 2

Northrop Grumman Technology Services, Aerial Systems Integration Center, is seeking a systems engineering manager to lead our team of systems and support engineers. The role serves as bothmanager for a multifunctionalgroup of engineers and as a technical expert within the systems engineering domain. Primary systems supported include commercial derivative and military aircraft systems employedfor intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations with offerings to include the design, integration, test, operation and support of assets.
Primary duties include: functionally managing a diverse team of systems and project engineers, helping grow the team by conducting additional hiring and team development activities, supporting business development and proposal efforts, managing requirements, managing technical performance goals, conducting trade studies on ISR systems, developing system architectures, developing and executing test plans, incorporating airworthiness requirements into projects, developing concepts of operations for both platform and service offerings, managing elective improvement project execution, supervising integration efforts and serving as a technical lead for customer interactions.

Basic Qualifications:
BS Degree in engineering, math or science field
At least ten years of industry or military experience
At least 4 years of systems engineering specific experience
DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Ability to travel to customer sites
Preferred Qualifications:
MS Degree in engineering or engineering management
INCOSE CSEP Certification
Former military experience in the aviation, intelligence, maintenance, special operations or combat arms fields
Current TS/SCI Clearance
Experience with special mission aircraft systems
Domain expertise in RF Engineering
Experience as a field service engineer deployed as a contractor accompanying armed forces
Technical leadership experience
Functional management experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
