Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Quality Analyst 3 to join its team of qualified, diverse professionals engaged in supporting dynamic, complex, and challenging programs in Middle River, MD.
In this exciting position, you will:
+ Provide Quality Assurance support and oversight for multiple platform aircraft maintenance operations in compliance with AS9100, AS9110, 14CFR Part 145, and DCMA INST 8210.1.
+ Operations include flight operations, maintenance, modification engineering, modification, logistics, and associated administrative and procedural functions.
+ Ensure compliance through audit, observation, and participation in planning and reviews.
+ Support corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree with6 years of applicable experience or Master's Degree with4 years of applicableexperience. May consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
+ Previous aviation related Quality Assurance experience
+ Experience with CFR14 Part 145, DCMA INST 8210.1, AS9100 and/or AS9110 operations
+ FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET level securityclearance
+ US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
+ ActiveSECRET level security clearance
+ Internal and external auditing
+ Familiarity with OSHA requirements in an aviation operations environment
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
