Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor


Ensure efficient nightly truck loading process (picking orders and loading of trucks) while minimizing breakage. The processes involved are picking from full case pick lines, picking from the bottle room, and replenishment of both full and split case complexes in a timely fashion so that the trucks can be dispatched at their scheduled starting times.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.

Reports damage to equipment, product and facilities occurs; Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs

Handles work related injuries. Ensure that policies are in compliance as well as OSHA standards

Maintains storage area and organizes floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommends improvements.

Attend any training seminars or managers meetings that are required and updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications

Report any product shortage or location problems


  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 3 years experience. Previous supervisory experience a plus
  • Knowledge of systems utilized as it relates to logistics
  • Excellent MS Office skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
